Meet author Penny Frost McGinnis at the Lynchburg Branch Library!
Ms. McGinnis, former children's librarian at Lynchburg Branch Library and Lynchburg-Clay Elementary School, will be at the Lynchburg Library on Monday, May 9 from 5:30pm to 7pm to sign books and answer your questions about becoming a writer! Her new novel, Home Where She Belongs, will be released May 1, 2022. The book is "a contemporary romance with a dash of mystery, and the promise of hope."
